Group Classes
Practice with the support of a community and experience the beauty of people coming together for a common purpose.
Foundation Yoga
This is an accessible beginner’s yoga class that teaches alignment, focus, and stability. Yoga has endless benefits and to receive them, we must first lay the foundation and master the fundamentals! This class is perfect if you are starting your yoga journey or you are looking to take your current practice to the next level.
Mindful Yoga
Experience the joy of being in the present moment and learn how to masterfully transition between poses! This class is a slower flow that builds on the principles taught in Yoga Foundation and prepares you for Vinyasa Flow.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Learn to move fluidly with your breath around your mat– feeling empowered, centered, and energized! This class builds on the principles taught in Foundation and Mindful Yoga and introduces more technical poses for a fun challenge. As you develop more inward self-awareness, you will find your core strength, stability, and range of motion are also added benefits.
Nidra Yoga
Nidra translates to deep yogic sleep and is an extremely effective healing modality. It is practiced lying down with bolsters, blankets and an eye pillow as you are guided through a meditation to restore your body and mind.
This class is offered periodically and does not have a standard time on the schedule.
Private Sessions
Perfect for if you have a specific benefit you are seeking to achieve. Sarah is a certified yoga therapist and will focus these sessions on a specific Ayurveda Yoga plan for your goals.
Private Sessions
If you are interested in one-on-one instruction, please reach out so we can discuss what benefit or goal you are interested in working towards.
Small Group Sessions
These sessions have 2-3 students and are a great way to learn with others and see that we are usually not alone in the challenges we are facing. You can sign up with people you know or you can express interest and we can see if there are other students that could form a strong small group.
Yoga Teacher Mentoring
Have you completed your Yoga Teacher Training and don’t feel prepared to teach?
I can work with you as a mentor to increase confidence, build skills, learn classroom management or another aspect you hope to dive deeper into.
Workshops & Events
Workshops are a mixture of lecture and application which provide an opportunity to learn more in depth Ayurveda Yoga philosophy. They are multi-level and open to everyone.
Meditation Workshops
Typically offered 1-2 times per year, these workshops will teach you meditation practices as well as the philosophy and personal benefits to meditating. Our quality of awareness is directly related to our quality of life!
Ayurveda Workshops
Typicall offered 1-2 times per year, these workshops teach the philosphy of Ayurveda which is a sister science to yoga and translates to the “art of longevity.” Ayurveda is the who, what, where, when and why and Yoga is the how to living an energetic and vital life!

What class is right
for me?
If you are brand new to yoga, it is suggested to start with the Foundation Yoga class to learn alignment and the fundamental principles. This is also a great class for more experienced practitioners who are looking to master the fundamentals to go to the next level.
If you have some experience and are looking to learn how to move toward a flow class, our Mindful Flow class is a great bridge between Foundation Yoga and Vinyasa flow with a focus on transitions.
If you are looking for a flow class with some technical poses to add a challenge, the Vinyasa flow may be perfect for you.
These are relative guidelines; every class is designed to be an all levels class where you can follow your breath and stay at your stage. We encourage listening to your breath and only moving to the next level of a practice in class when your breath remains smooth and deep.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Can I come if I have never done yoga?

What if I am not flexible?
You do not have to be flexible to come to class. In fact, it is all the more reason to come! We practice to increase our range of motion, be less prone to injury, and find greater health.
