Yoga is for Everyone!

Sarah Has Experience With…

Low Back Pain/ Sciatica

We can work on postural alignment and stabilizing exercises to reduce or manage low back pain and sciatica symptoms. As someone who used to have low back pain and sciatica myself, I empathize with how this can induce stress.

Anxiety and Stress

Anxiety may be the most common affliction affecting people today. If you are experiencing this, you are not alone. Yoga offers a wide range of practices to help manage stress and reduce anxiety. We can work on movement with breath, meditation, and breathwork to create more ease.

Depression

Movement and breathwork (pranayama) are key to overcoming depression and viewing life with a new perspective. Working with someone can help to not feel alone along your healing journey.

Prenatal Training

Staying active throughout pregnancy is key for you and your baby’s health. If you are unsure what activity is safe, I can provide guidance on how to practice so that you are best prepared for labor and taking care of your baby postnatal.

Respiratory Health

Our breath is central to our health and how all other systems function (cardiovascular, nervous, digestive, etc). If you are seeking to increase your endurance or are recovering from long COVID, we can work together to create a practice targeted for these results.
